Ingredients

Original recipe makes 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf

  •  1/2 cup water
  •  1 cup cottage cheese
  •  2 tablespoons margarine
  •  1 egg
  •  1 tablespoon white sugar
  •  1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  •  1 teaspoon salt
  •  3 cups bread flour
  •  2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast


Directions

  1. Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, and start. You can use up to 1/2 cup more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
