Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, and start. You can use up to 1/2 cup more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
